Optimice Pty Ltd was established in 2006 to exploit the experiences and passion our founders have for the use of social or Organisational Network Analysis (ONA) and Value Network Analysis (VNA) methods to business challenges and opportunities in the emerging ‘networked economy’. We build intellectual property around ‘business ready’ tools and practices which our partners can use to maximise the benefits from applying Organisational Network Analysis.
Over the past 4 years we have been diligently building our tool sets and testing it in the market place, across several industry sectors and application scenarios. Through our European partners Open Knowledge, we have been able to extend our reach into Italy and the UK. Our ONA survey tool has been licensed around the world. Our Web based visualisation tools are also gaining much attention.
The time is now right for us to extend our partnership model to more actively incorporate organisations that specialise in the target sectors we have operated in to date.
